Miksau offers a day-long format that has elements of all these included to give your organization a chance to reflect on the challenges and coping skills and enhance these for increased sense of competence, wellness and cooperation.

Team Enhancement: Build Up, Broad Out

But both title and agenda can be adapted to suit your needs. The methodology and goals include:

• Learning more effective and efficient ways to cope with crises
• Learning about our own particular learning styles, adaptive behaviours and trigger points
• Discovering hidden resources within ourselves and in others and ways to make them work for us and the organization as a whole
• We take home processing and communication skills, more effective adaptive behaviours, new self-awareness and greater morale

The investment, depending on numbers, venue, and time-frame, is generally around $1000 per seminar. Special discounts applied to non-profit organizations.

Stress and Anger Management

The stress and anger management sessions will run from 10 AM till 1 PM at Miksau Retreat. The workshop is designed to help us be in charge of our volatile emotions, at a physical, mental and emotional level. The methodology we use allows us to accept the reality of anger without judgment, while we tackle our behaviours and expressions that are destructive and get in the way of effective communication.

To protect your confidentiality, we will focus on skills and tools, rather than on your particular situation.

Your investment for the two sessions is $95.
